I am interested in systems of oppression and the places where they interlock, interconnect, and intersect. I am also interested in how settler colonial policies have formed America’s identity. It is my hope that in creating my art it is but one voice among many in a mass movement towards positive social change and justice.

I’m moved by the ways our beloved planet has been worshipped and defiled and the ability for it to come back again and again with its Eastern cathedrals of forest and the West’s endless horizons of rock and sky. I cannot shake my European ancestors’ seemingly endless penchant for violence, ethnocide and ecological devastation. Surrounded by the ruins of monstrous historical injustice amongst a settler colonial landscape my work has a specific lens on the First Nations people of North America but I also follow a trail of broken promises the world over. The bullied and persecuted come too and I find both pain and beauty in this quilt of many colors.

Art is revolution and collecting art is a powerful way to add beauty, meaning and inspiration to one’s life. It can happen at any budget level and payment over multiple installments is always an option, it’s how I collect art myself! Please ask if you’re curious, send me a message at [email protected] and we can figure out a plan that works for you to get the piece of your dreams.
